False Ban

My EA account was hacked in 2025 but thankfully I contacted customer support and got it sorted but the hacker had gone onto all the games I had signed in on and was hacking on my account as you can see in my previous cases I reported being hacked and banned on EA fc aswell but now I have tried to download apex legends again just to find that I am permanently banned on that aswell and I have submitted a appeal twice now but It was denied both times please help me as I have not done anything wrong and just want to play apex with my friends .

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. There's an article here with more information, as well as instructions for disputing bans. I recommend submitting a dispute so that ToS can review the ban to see if it can be overturned.

Also is there anyway I could talk to an EA person about my ban live chat or is it just submitting appeals?

I'm very sorry to say, ToS isn't available to talk about the ban. You'll need to submit another dispute.
