Apex legends and AMD adrenaline glitched graphics

I need your help:
I played Apex Legends today, I didn't notice any major problems, stuttering was rare (the game had an update a few days ago). I thought the problem was in the driver so I updated AMD adrenaline from version 23.x to the latest version 24.7.1. And now I can't play... I reinstalled Apex - it didn't help
I reinstalled the GPU driver (I used DDU to remove it). It didn't help I used 23.7.x version of and adrenaline - also didn’t help Reinstalling apex - didn’t help i tried to clear saved folder from respawn like configs etc - i did it
When I switched the game (ALT+Enter) to windowed mode, the problem as you can see - doesn't occur. Returning to fullscreen - the problem returns..I need to play on fullscreen because of custom res which I use over a year ☹️
Apex is the only game where the problem occurs. Other games run ok...
The problem occurs only in full screen - like in the movie.
There is no problem in the window
I saved a game clip by instant replaying with AMD - and here the game looked normal…
