Apex Legends anti cheat error and super high PING / IO data

After the update on apex 2 weeks ago i can hardly get into a apex multiplayer match. If i do get into a match im jumping around like crazy and lagging to where i cant really play. Never had issues before on my PC and my network is great but for some reason on PC my ping is super high around 300+ and ive seen up to 1000+ which is way out of the norm. My IO: data on the performance display is super high as well. The weird thing is i can play on my xbox series S just fine and have had to play on there for 2 weeks now. Half of the time i get the anti cheat client is not running error even though it runs every time when the game starts up from either STEAM or EA app. Ive searched every forum i can find trying to run many programs as administrator, remove and re-download apex on both steam and EA, repair on EA and Verify game files on steam. Nothing has worked and all of the different suggestions on the multiple cases from EA have also not worked. My computer is more then capable of playing the game and even EA can tell its not my network. At a loss as to why i used this PC for almost a year to play apex and all of a sudden 2 weeks ago i can play it on here at all. All other games on my PC work just fine except for APEX. Any help is appreciated not sure if anyone else is having the same issue
