crashes in lobby

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help because I'm completely out of ideas.

Every time I launch Apex Legends, the game loads normally, but as soon as I reach the lobby, it crashes. Sometimes it lasts a few seconds, but it always crashes before I can do anything. just the day before it was running fine no lagging loading pretty fast.

I've tried everything I can think of to fix,

Verifying the game files.

Reinstalling the game.

Running the game as Administrator.

Disabling overlays 

Repairing Easy Anti-Cheat.

Restarting my PC.

Checking for corrupted files.

None of these have fixed the problem. The game still crashes in the lobby every single time.

Has anyone else had this issue recently or found a solution? If there's anything else I should try, I'd really appreciate the help.
