Apex Legends app keeps crashing. Than I receive a penalty.

@Zorlofe There is no fix. They will just reply with "how to troubleshoot your internet"

Took over a week for them to respond to me and that's what I got

Yup this issue is STILL continuing...I've lost about 200 pts in ranked games because of this issue...oh and I'm hard wired to the internet

  sorry for my late reply but i think that its the amount of your friends who play apex thats making the game crash , normally somewhere around 200-300
