Apex Legends ban after being inactive

    @Sryptos 

    That does not sound good.

    From your description, yes it is possible that you were hacked.

    You will need to first contact a EA advisor to re-secure/recover your account. Make sure you have all of your account credentials ready when you contact the advisor since you will need to provide proof of ownership of the account. If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

    After you have recovered your account if the advisor does not submit a ban appeal on your behalf you will need to submit one. Make sure you add all the info you have on the account recovery process, chat logs E-mails etc. when you submit the ban appeal to the ToS team. If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
