APEX LEGENDS CAN'T CONNECT TO EA SERVERS ON MY ACCOUNT

So I have an issue where I can't connect to the EA servers through my main account to play APEX Legends, I live in Australia by the way, after numerous phone calls and a online chat and trying everyt...

Are you still having issues with this? I know you posted this a long time ago... I have the same problem right now. I really hope you are back on Apex and on your main account as well!

Where you able to fix the issue for you?
I have the same issue now and support only says:
"Issue is currently analysed" -> obviously not since the issue isn't new ^^
