I have open a ridiculous amount of apex packs over the years easily over 1000 and I only have one heirloom which I received years prior, I have spent a large amount of money trying to obtain more yet have had no success please look into my account I believe this is not correct and needs to looked into, based off of odds you guys claim there is no way this is right. Statistically I should have atleast 3 heirlooms by now!

Its likely that you have made a miscalculation on the Apex pack count, and/or included packs that don't count, as the granting of shards is guranteed and automatic on the opening of the 500th pack.
There's no manual way to check the count atm.

I keep a manual count on a note on my phone, currently 210 of the 500.
If you could reply with proof of purchases, this could be moved into bugs. Please remove any personal details.
Considering I’m a couple hundred dollars on buying packs I doubt I am miscounting… and it’s not you only get shards after 500 packs. I should have gotten a “random drop” aswell
There is only a guarantee after opening 500 packs. Only if you are very lucky will you get a random pack containing shards. There is no "entitlement" to a random drop containing shards.
The drop rate for random shards is very, very small. A recent community manager post included officialy published Heirloom Shard drop rates, which indicate an actual global minimum drop rate per pack percentage of 0.045%.
