This issue should now be resolved, if you're still seeing this issue try changing your DNS to the Google DNS.
yeah, you might be right to mention the country. I am from Ireland. The error message I get is the usual one "Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure Origin is online...blablabla.."
Origin is online, and internet connection is good to go.
I tried to use the "Repair" function, but yet unsuccessful.
I am going through a few test with the modem. I'll share results if any
me too. Data center downloading 403...
