Apex Legends Can't Get My Saved Data

Hey everyone, I've only had this problem after the latest update but whenever I launch apex legends on my srchocolatebear account it doesn't sync my saved data but instead gives me an error message. I tried signing into a 2nd account on my Xbox and it launch's and goes into apex with no problems. Now I've spoken to ea support over chat and we went through all the troubleshooting steps we could think of and the problem still persist. ill attach a pic of the error message I get when launching the game as srchocolatebear. any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

  • yeah I have found a solution to it. I had to delete my saved data from everywhere then re-launch the game and watch the intro all the way through and it logged me straight into the game. This has helped several people that came to me for advice.

    I have found a similar issue described here, where the solution for that problem was identified. You didn't specify what troubleshooting steps you have already done, but have you tried changing data center location?
