Apex legends code shoe

How do I fix CODE SHOE on Apex legends? I've tried literally everything your website suggest.

    It's possible this is connection related. It looks like you're playing on PS4. Have you tried the basic and advanced connection troubleshooting steps?

    I'm not a dev or some type of manager but this has happened to me before, its mostly just connection based. It usually appears when you're internet is performing really slow.
