We should go through some connection troubleshooting to rule out any issues on your end. What system are you playing on? Also, if you've performed any troubleshooting, let me know which steps so we can avoid repeating those. Thanks!
I play on Xbox One. Every solución I've tried I've already detailed. My connection is wired and my service is stable. Every other game I play is fine so it's not my internet connection.

I've tested my connection múltiple times and it always shows that everything is fine and all service are available. If there is any specific settings I have to have in my router (like opening certain ports) I'm open to do so. I'll try anything at this point. Tell me what I need to do and I'll do it. There's no troubleshooting button in the game as far as I know, but if there is one, then guide me through it and I'll do what you want.

Without knowing what steps you took already, we'll just have to start over from the beginning. If you're cool with that, let me know. Otherwise, you can try opening the ports for Apex. They are listed here. Also, in your router settings, see if QoS (Quality of Service) is available. Make sure it's enabled if so.
