Same. Made a new PlayStation account and new Apex account and it worked fine then today I’m getting the same error as my main account. Zero updates from EA about this.

The following are steps from PlayStation on this error.
- Check for and install any available game update
- Reinstall the game
- Boot in Safe Mode and then choose Rebuild Database.
