I mean, no i'm running a pc, and my graphic card is a GEForce GTX 1660 Ti. Actually I don't get what is this Intel UHD for. (double graphic card?).
given that it's not a laptop, does undervolting can help aswell?
Sorry I'm not that into this pc, it's a new one.
many thanks for your help, I Appreciate a lot.
Hey @mesantoj.
A lot of laptops have integrated graphics that are handled by the CPU on top of the dedicated video card. Do you have the NVIDIA Control Panel installed on your PC? If so, I'd recommend taking a look to see what's currently set as the main video processor.
To check this open up the NVIDIA Control Panel and click on Manage 3D Settings on the left side. Under Preferred Graphics Processor you should see a drop down menu. Be sure that your NVIDIA graphics card is selected there. That way your PC should be using the dedicated video card rather than the integrated graphics from the CPU.

hey @EA_Kent, thanks for your advice
Again, it's a desktop, not a laptop.
I checked on nvidia control panel but I really cannot find this option. I cheked out on internet and other users seem to have 3 options in the program settings menu (1. Select a program / 2. Select preferred graphic processor 3. specify the settings for this program) while on my panel the option 2 is missing. Mistery,
I tried to play today, in firing range and after 2 minutes game crashed and I got this error message (attached here)- EzyHawk6 years agoHero@mesantoj If you open your nvidia control panel and lool at your specs, What grapich card is showing?

Here you have a few steps to try out.
Please do the following:
1. Run the game as administrator
--------------------------------------------
2: Verify that your drivers are all up-to-date
--------------------------------------------
3. Verify and Repair the game files.
--------------------------------------------
4. Repair Easy Anti Cheat
C>Program Files x86>Origin Games>Apex>EasyAntiCheat and open easy anti chat setup
Click on "Repair Service".
--------------------------------------------
5. Do you have any third party softwares running (Anivirus, discord, firewall etc)?> 5.1 Antivirus - Try to whitlist the game in your antivirus software and see if this helps.
>> 5.2 Discord - Discord overlay and hardware acceleration since they can cause an issue.
>>> 5.3 Firewall - Allow connections through the firewall
--------------------------------------------
6. Run CCleaner and Malwarebytes and see if the result may help your situation.<
--------------------------------------------
7. Re-install the game
--------------------------------------------
8. Changing language and then change it back to your original language (This has been reported to help in some issues).
