Apex Legends Crash no error - PC (apex_crash.txt)

So I just received a new crash from apex legends since reinstalling today, thank God that it had a apex_crash.txt Now can someone help me understand this poorly optimized crash fest of a game? Chee...

No issues with this PC prior to recent patch. Error yesterday saved off, and attached is error today. Please resolve this issue. This has been happening every game. Watching the task manager, CPU hits 100% for about 10 seconds and boom toast. ram never bumped over 40% total.

Knock on wood - my band-aid for now

Both PC's was running with everything fully updated (windows updates, nvidia drivers) decided to try to restore machine to a saved restore date.

there happen to be several in October that had directx install listed as reason for triggering auto restore point.

NO OTHER GAMES CRASH, ONLY APEX!!

Restored system to Oct 8th.

- played 1 game - crash
- installed tool to monitor heat.
- With the bios set OC in place(asus board) cpu was getting very hot, not crash hot but hot. This typically doesn't happen, I have been running this same setting on the OC since day 1 when I built the machine in 2012~
- reboot to select default on the OC setting and played another game, temps are better but still crash(70-75C).
- rolled back video drivers. no crash (device manager, video card, rollback driver)
- I will be putting my OC back on but now that I have seen these temps, It will be after I add a better solution for cooling.
