Exact same config and exact same problem here! I am testing a x2 1070 SLI, and the game crashes as soon as the island is loaded, no matter what kind of graphics quality I set up.
But if I turn off SLI via Nvidia Control Panel, the game works just fine... It's very frustrating.
I hope Nvidia or Respawn will launch a fix soon... ☹️
Yes i had the same issue, i've tried a couple of things which worked for me. Change your game to power saving mode in Windows (you can do this by going to graphics settings - selecting Apex Legends - going to options and picking power saving. You could also cap your fps with RivaTuner to your desired frame rate, this will help with the crashing and should hopefully fix your issues.
The main reason for crashing for me was my GPU temperatures, this was what fixed my issues.
I also posted a video going through my settings (this will hopefully explain it in detail) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZZGgpbSHiA
- 7 years agoThanks! It's definitely worth a try. Anyways, since latest Nvidia update a couple of days ago, my game works when graphics are set to medium quality configs. If I go for better settings, it crashes again :/

If anyone is having issues with flickering and SLI on Apex Legends, i've done a quick video on my settings for video in game.
