i was playing apex legends normally until i reach level 20. the day i reached level 20 apex closed suddenly then i could not play it since then. i can open the game and pick my character but on the plane game shuts down for no reason. ive changed settings low to high and high to low, i repaired game on origin and still i cant open apex. what should i do else? CPU: ryzen 5 2600 GPU: RTX2060 RAM: 8 GB

Community AdminTry right-clicking on the game in Origin and select "Repair" to see if that helps fix any corrupted files that could be causing the crashes.
Do you have all your drivers updated or tried rolling back your current ones? Reinstalling the latest drivers again can help with crashes.
A good way to find out if a program running in the background is causing some type of conflict with the Origin client is to run a clean boot and then immediately launch Origin as administrator.
