Apex Legends crashes after splash on main account, backup account works fine...

This sounds like an issue we've been tracking for a bit. The Apex Legends team is currently investigating, but I'm afraid I don't have any time frame on when the issue may be resolved. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Is there anyway that I can get my unlocks and in-game currency transferred to my other account?  I wasn't able to complete my Season 6 Battlepass and did not buy the S7 BP or S8 BP because I figured the bug would've been fixed and wanted to keep all my unlocks on one account.

If it helps, it started happening after I uninstalled AVG Free from my computer.  Not says that was the culprit, but that is the only thing that was changed that I recall from before, when Apex ran on my main account, and after.

I tried to clear cache, repair in both origin and steam, reinstall, close secondary apps and contacted ea help online and nothing worked. its so sad to see that people are still having this problem for more than a month and ea support doenst give a s***. I really hope that i have my account back, because i spent real money in it and i dont want to lose all my skins and legends that took me a long time to get. Please EA do something for us, look our accounts and really try to fix this issue! i had to create another acc so i can play the game, and this is so frustrating since i cant play with my favourite legends and the new legend itself.
