Just so you know, I downloaded the AMD Radeon driver and now everything works perfectly.

Ah, I see. I'm afraid we can't really offer troubleshooting if you're running the game via Bootcamp because it's not officially supported. You would need to run Apex Legends on a Windows-native PC to meet the system requirements.
