Same issue, however I don't get a crash log.
Freezes when i select full screen and search for matches / while in game
Support is extremely poor and they don't focus on fixing the issues
Did you check your documents folder? Or did you get any messages, when the game crashed?
Yeah, that kinda sucks. But at least they try, and finally the game at least generates this tiny txt, which gives a general direction to the root cause of the issue
The game locks up and forces it to close. It doesn't generate a crash log and it always logs in windowed instead of full screen
That sounds like a different issue than the one originally posted. Does it happen every time?
90% of the time. Takes me about 20 minutes to find a game due to the freezing and unfreezing / disconnects to the server.
1-5 games (While playing) freeze and disconnect me
