Login Credentials Expired?

so i play on pc and use the xbox option to sign in, well when trying to play 2 nights ago i got "password has expired and needed to be reset" and this confused me since i mentioned i play using my xbox account instead of making a ea account so i ofc tried to go to the reset page but since the email linked to my apex details got changed somehow i couldnt get a code sent to none of my emails linked to the account. i have a purchase on xbox.com with a purchase for apex coins tho so if that could help at all theres proof for that, and then even managed to get the full email that got linked to my account if ea can do anything with that, i just really want my account back this is probably the worst thing thats ever happened 

GooninToLoba​ It sounds like your EA Account had been temporarily disabled, (which tends to happen when its not used in a while), so if the email says its a "disabled.ea" email, that would be why.

If the email address is something else, (like gmail, yahoo, etc.), that would indicate a hacked EA Account, so you would need to contact EA Support here instead: EA Help | What to do if your EA Account was hacked.

How am i supposed to reset my email when my email isn't even linked to my Xbox account when signing into ea.com? my xbox email is the same for xbox.com and microsoft.com neither of those 2 websites have my password been changed on, my email/password when logging into my Xbox account has only been changed on ea.com, which literally makes no sense since i use the Xbox option to sign in, like how in the world where they able to change my Ea details without getting my Xbox account itself. And when going to the Ea launcher on my desktop it puts me on the "log in/sign in" page and since i use my Xbox account to play the game i use the the option to sign in with Xbox, and after that it loads for a second then takes me to another page that says "Enter the email address, EA ID or phone number of the account you want to change or set a password" when trying to use my Xbox email which is "[edit: email address removed]" i get this message "We couldn't find your ea account" and then when trying my main email since it's also linked to my Microsoft account which is "[edit: email address removed]" and got the same message but when putting in the name for my apex account which is "Z3RU3L" i get this.... "We'll send a verification code to [edit: email address removed] and by the two other emails I've mentioned you can probably figure out that I've never seen this email before so there's no way for me to reset the password. Even when going on my friends Xbox itself i can login into my Xbox account but, when going to load up apex it also pops up the msg saying i need to reset my expired password (thought maybe my pc at the time was just acting up) so my Xbox account itself is fine, it's just my apex account that's got compromised. Also when going to xbox.com i have a order in my purchase history where i bought apex coins, idk how much help that can be but ive seen people say being able to show proof of purchase could help.

when trying to type the msg above including the emails it gave me a html error so i had to remove them but when i mention main xbox account its mailto:[edit: email address removed] and then when i mention main email linked to my microsoft account its mailto:[edit: email address removed] but when mention the account that got linked to my account and the verification code gets sent to is mailto:[edit: email address removed] and when typing that in to a reverse email lookup it comes out as mailto:[edit: email address removed] so idk which one is right maybe @stomatom.com is what hackers use

why are the emails being removed???

am i able to dm you the emails im trying to type in the message?
