Charged for 2 BP that are the same and can't get a refund.

I went on the EA website to order the battle pass there so I could put a creator code. I was charged twice for the PC version of Ultimate+ BP despite me soley on Xbox. I have gone through every method to contact support but it's absolutely useless. If anyone can help it would be appreciated because I'm considering quitting this game. Thanks.
