It could maybe be because your PC does not have enough RAM, to see how to check your RAM, just watch this video,

Origin recommends to have at least 8gb of RAM available to play, so if you have under that, the game may not work very well.
- Lower the Vram usage (texture streaming budget) and also the resolution of the game, see if that works
It is a known bug with the NVIDIA 418 drivers, I've been experiencing crashes with 32GB with ram and 11GB with VRAM. I suggest reverting to older drivers.
- It's not the nvidia driver I am running 418.91 now fullscreen stable with 1050 ti while i had many issues before I fixed them in other ways
