Here is a copy of DxDiag again, not sure if its needed more than once but just to keep everything in sync.
Hey @Broppled_TV,
Thanks for including all the additional information here, as well as the steps you've already taken to try and get this sorted.
Just checking through the DxDiag you've attached I am noticing a number of Windows errors popping up in the back.
Have you had a chance to check your hardware temperatures to see if anything is spiking before this happens?
As you mentioned some recent Windows updates it may also be worth running the System File Checker tool here to make sure there weren't any corrupted files that may be contributing to an issue.
I see you've also updated your drivers already, but to be safe I would try removing them completely with a tool like DDU before a fresh re-installation. At that point it may also be worth a shot to see if this is only happening with the latest drivers, or if you may be able to install an older set of drivers to see if that makes a difference in this situation.

@Broppled_TV another issue I ran into was youngtree was filling his dell sd up. He only has a small sd drive for system stuff and a 1T HD for data. If you are running everything on 1 HD, then fragmentation can also be a problem.
Is your drive over 75% full? If so these are things I do:
I moved the system page filing from the sd to a the HD.
Nvidia cashe dumps can be enormous, esp the DX cashe. I just delete all but the most recent every now and then.
Users/name/appdata/local/nvidia
Ccleaner for cleaning up the drive (free)

Windows disk cleanup to get rid of old Windows update files.
To defragment (only for HD not for sd drives) defraggler
I defrag files only monthly then complete defrag of drive every 4 months or so. (free)

Also system/storage show more categories, can show you where things are clogging the drive. Esp apps and features. A real culprit here for us was the clip champ app.

@EA_Mako @OldTreeCreeper Okay, so I have ran SFC scans on the PC, I have ran Disk check in the CMD prompt, I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers for every piece of hardware in my system. I did not DDU my GPU driver however. out of all the solutions found that's the only one I didn't attempt. and here is why, I can play warzone for 12+ hours straight max settings, ray tracing on. and no crashing no hiccups. but apex, lowest settings. game crashes instantly. I dont see the GPU driver being the problem. but I will make the DDU install today just to verify its not the issue. as opposed to the DxDiag report showing windows errors, im pretty tech savvy but when reading documents like dmp files or anything along those lines. it all looks like gibberish, so im glad someone knows how to read them. I was under the assumption that my CPU was not stable at my clock. so I went back and made sure it was stable. ran a Aida64 Stress test on all hardware for 30 mins. everything was perfect no crashes. I then stop the stress test, and only test CPU. 1 and a half hour test. never dropped below stable clock I had set. gives me solid indication that CPU should not be the problem. I have 4 SSD's I do not have any mechanical HDD's installed in the system, so no need for defragmentation. I have a page file dedicated to about 5% of my C: drive as far as I know I believe that's how that works, could be incorrect about that though. with the 4 SSD's here are the sizes and consumption on the drives.
C: 188GB FREE / 463GB
D: 120GB FREE / 399GB
E: This is my drive for my elgato recordings, nothing else is stored on this drive but raw footage. 19GB free / 237GB
F: 13.1 GB FREE / 111GB
I am at a loss for options. i followed a thread that had 15 possible solutions, im gonna attempt to locate that thread for reference on every possible fix that I have tried.
it does not come from the EA Answer's forum. however these are the most possible solutions that I have found in a single list.

After like 14 crasches, I now got an error message saying "UI images ran out of room".
See screenshot.
Don't want to speculate too much since I'm not a game developer, but that sounds like graphics issues with the game, not my computer.
