How to from Xbox:
- On Home, select My games & apps.
- Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.
- Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete.

I wasn't too confident on my console's performance so I had it cleaned by a professional. What I discovered was that it was indeed very dusty as the picture entails. But even after the full clean and brand new thermal paste, Apex continues to crash. I logged in and checked out my friends rank on the friends menu and my console crashed. It's definitely not my console. Let me know how to proceed please.

So first thing of the day without using the console at all beforehand, I try using the charm menu like you said and I was able to browse for a good 10 minutes. I was selecting a charm for my Hemlok but yes the game crash in the process. The console was and is still cool because I hadn't used it beforehand.
Thanks though I was glad this issue brought me to cleaning it 🤘.

I just wanna enjoy apex again . Crashing in intense fights , crashing when I try to reload back into apex, crashing sooo hard the series x just forgets what year it is and restarts . Crashing back to back games to where its not even fun for my friends on normal Xbox ones, and my personal favorite …playing ranked and crashing just to load back in to be frozen in place > force quit apex > load back in > frozen in place .. repeat 3x . Yep same for me it's unplayable and has been for the last few weeks.. constant hard crashes and or freezes ....I keep trying and yes I have tried everything possible,uninstall/reinstall...reset caches,saved data...reset console. I can play on my PS5 and Nintendo switch on same network without issue...please fix this series x issue!
