New Micro Stuttering?!

About 3 weeks ago my gun/heirloom/hands started doing this thing where they CONSTANTLY tweak out. Like a micro skip but only limited to my hands. Frames are high and pretty steady, capped at 100. I’ve checked mouse polling, Apex settings, driver updates, bios updates, windows updates. I’m no PC expert so I’m having a pretty difficult time. Even researching and watching videos I haven’t really seen anyone with my issue. I’m only having this issue only on Apex. I’ve tried plenty of different style of games to see if I could get it to happen; Rainbow, Risk of Rain 2, Ark Raiders, Jedi Fallen Order, blah

Any ideas or Discod handles and I’ll show you what I mean
