Apex Legends Crashing After Xbox Series X Upgrade

@EA_Atic  Can this issue be moved up as a priority?  There are a lot of xbox users crashing only while playing Apex and there seems to be no resolution.  My apex games crash 2-4 times an hour, sometimes with back to back crashes.  I've deleted all locally saved and game data from the manage game and add-ons option, I've removed and reinstalled the game, Im hard wired, and I've reset my xbox over 25 times.  There needs to be a patch for this ASAP.  Thank you.

I'm experiencing the same issue on both xbox series x and xbox one s I tried everything recommended on here and nothing seems to work. Any luck in finding a solution? 

This is still happening and it's 2023. I can't get past the start up menu without it hard crashing. 

DID ANYBODY FIND A FIX FOR THIS ? EA TELLS ME MY XBOX IS OVERHEATING, XBOX SUPPORT SAYS ITS THE GAME SINCE ITS THE ONLY GAME THAT DOES THIS ON. IDK WHAT TO DO 

Well it is July 2023 and this problem is still happening. My series x consistently freezes in the lobby. I've reinstalled, hard reset, cleared caches, alternated mac address hundreds of times at this point. The weirdest part is occasionally apex will startup and load just fine. But only for a single play session. The next time I load up, crash with no solution.

This issue is still prevalent today, got the same issue going a year later.
