Hello @EA_Atic I have done the clean boot for my computer. After the clean boot I load up Apex Legends and was able to play for two hours with no crashes. I then go about the troubleshooting of activating different "Services" in the MSconfig. I choose to activate the following- Worth noting I also enabled all the Intel(R) services as it was recommended to do so, as they were not likely causing anything to crash.
ASUS Com Service
Easy Anti-Cheat
Rock-Star Game Library Service
Steam Client Service
Razor Synapse Service
I play for about an hour, and then I get no error crash, try to reload Apex, it crashes with this error message (ApexError13-attached)
I then go back into MSConfig and disable all the services except Steam Client Service and Easy Anti-Cheat, and restart my PC.
I load Apex Legends back with only Steam open (No Discord, Spotify, Chrome) and it crashes shortly after I land in a game with this error message (ApexError14-attached)
This is not the first time Easy Anti-Cheat has been the cause of the crash, actually the first of the crashes were due to Easy Anti-Cheat. Easy Anti-Cheat appears three other times in my screencaps of crash error messages.
Could Easy Anti-Cheat be the root issue here? I would love to hear your opinion and advice on what to do next.
Thank you.
Hey @LobaXAndrade,
Thanks for following up!
Have you tried repairing or reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat to see if that helps? That might do the trick if there's a problem with EAC. You can find more details on how to repair or reinstall it over at the Easy Anti-Cheat website.
Let us know if you're still running into the same error messages afterward. Thanks!

Hello, @EA_Kent , I have reinstall EAC, and am currently in the process of playing to see if Apex Legends crashes. It is a long process as sometimes the crashes only happen after an hour or two. Fingers crossed it is fixed.

@EA_Kent @EA_Atic Unfortunately, the crashes are still there. After only twenty minutes of play Apex Legends has crashed three time. However, there was no error message for any of them. I'll start going through the clean boot process when I can.

How did it go, if you had the chance to give it a shot? Still seeing any crashes?

@EA_Kent After running some more tests, it turns out my RAM was faulty. I purchased new RAM yesterday and I have experienced zero crashes since. Thank you for your time and help.
