The EA account has no penalty record, but Apex shows that it is banned
The ban record on the EA platform shows that I have not been banned, but when I try to log in to Apex on Steam, it says I am banned. Firstly, I have not violated any user agreement, otherwise there would not be a ban record showing that I have not been banned. But why does Apex show that I am banned? I haven't tried logging in on the EA platform yet. Is it a bug?
