apex legends crashing just after drop ship

Good day,

My Apex legends was working fine up until a day or two ago.

Now after loading and selecting character and as you jump from the drop ship it freezes the game and i have to force stop and then restart my pc as it affects most of my programs.

Tried everything literally on every forum / video and still the same.

I cant play the game and I would like the problem resolved.

Hi Darko,
Found an easy fix that worked for me.
I am on PC so i changed audio to screen and when I landed changed it back to headset and worked.

Hi Darko,
Definitely nothing on my system.
A lot of other people experiencing the same issue.
I have done everything possible and no change.
Scratch my head some more and hope it fixes itself.

Hi Darko,
Just after the latest update the problem is back and the old solution does not work.
This game is too much trouble I tell you.
Any fix or ideas please assist.

this issue has comeback hunting me this season. wasnt there a perma fix for this?
