Anyway, im in the same boat, BUT
A friend of mine with the exact same phenom as me did play anthem on his windows 7, so i "assume" it may be just a win10+phenom issue..
Sadly no solution comes to mind.
Maybe i'll ask him to try to run Apex Legends, but no promise.
