Wrongful Ban in Apex Legends on May 17, 2026

Dear EA Support,

I am contacting you regarding the unjustified ban placed on my Apex Legends account on May 17, 2026.

My account was permanently banned without any clear explanation, proper evidence, or real communication from your support team. I have never used cheats, hacks, scripts, or any third-party software that could provide an unfair advantage in the game.

Despite this, I received a ban and every appeal I submitted only resulted in automated responses instead of an actual review by a real person. Nobody has explained:

what exact rule I allegedly violated,

when the violation supposedly occurred,

what evidence exists against me,

or what software was supposedly detected.

I believe it is unacceptable for a company like EA to issue permanent bans without transparent evidence and without proper human verification. As a player who invested significant time and money into Apex Legends, I deserve a fair explanation and proper review of my case.

I respectfully request:

a manual review of my account by a real support representative,

clear information regarding the reason for the ban,

and evidence supporting the accusation against my account.

I expect a fair investigation and professional communication regarding this matter.

Sincerely,
Marek Šedivý (melounek)

    Hey Wilcox1515,

Thank you for taking the time to describe the situation. It's definitely frustrating to have an account you spent time and money on permanently banned, with minimal information about why. This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we don't have the tools to change or discuss anything surrounding the account action here on the forums.

We don't have access to the evidence or reasons behind the ban, and that information isn't conveyed to prevent it from being used to circumvent our detection methods. While this might not be your intent, it is a preventative measure imposed on all players for that reason.

This means that creating an appeal as you have is the only way to address the account action. Once you do so, our Terms of Service team, a team of humans who conduct manual reviews of all appeals, will be able to take another look using the records available solely to them. If you've received an appeal-declined message, that means that the team found evidence supporting the ban. In that case, feel free to directly include the evidence you mentioned and more that you're able to find and appeal again.

In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. Please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays. Thanks for understanding!
