Apex legends crashing without error

They still do not give any answer or that they are seeing the problem that as soon as possible will be solved, they have only said that there are few people who present the problem and for us it is to say that they have not done anything yet.

I have done everything they said:

*erase the game cache according to the steps that indicate

*repair

*reinstall origin and the game completely

*change compatibility

*set administrator mode

*disable or activate sync on the video card and game

*close all program and only work apex

*download graphics to the minimum*

*change resolution

*change window mode, borderless mode, full screen.

*put a limit of fps

*try to reduce the load on the cpu, but still keeps presenting load

windows 10 original, formatted 2 months ago and only 2 games installed (apex and black desert)

The strange thing is that a friend who has a computer with low graphics that luckily runs the black desert or the devil and hopefully meets the minimum requirements can play without falling problems without error but I have a much better computer and I have the recommended requirements and all games of 2018 I can play at maximum graphics (not ultra) and present errors every 30 minutes or randomly at the start of the game or at the end of the game (yesterday there were only 2 squads, the game was closed without error in full fight)

They will update it on Tuesday or Friday, I also am still crashing. I crash 2 out of 3 games. Constantly. All we can do now is wait, They will hopefully update it. If not i will stop playing, It's getting annoying.

And for now, i limit my game to 60fps. So at least i can play a bit more games than usual.

Oh and here is more from my recent Support ticket, They are working on it. I just wanna play this game already. I have more freaking kills and i have wins, Because i crash before i could even win. 

Are you 12? Do you know anything about computers??

They are obviously aware of the issue and are trying to fix it ASAP as it is a common issue..

Even though it is common, they have over 25million downloads and likely millions of players WITHOUT the issue so it isn't very easy to find or fix..

Have some patience...if not try to post some useful information about what you were doing when the crash happened, OR try to fix it yourself instead of complaining.
