I think its an memory leak problem, some ppl might see that their GPU is jumping from 40%-98%, the GPU is trying to load too much, as much i was testing, when it reaches that 99 or 100% it crashes for me, i put vsync on adaptive and lowered settings to low, and it worked just as i expected, havent crashed since, it may look a bit trashi from low settings, but its not crashing, need to wait when they fix their memory leak issue.
u can test it yourself, get RivaTuner Statistic Server, and experment with the settings.
my setup.
CPU:AMD FX-6350
GPU:Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050ti
latest GPU driver
I dont know the problem for Phenom, as others say its not compatible with the apex engine.
Edit. for people who have 144hz monitors the adaptive Vsync fix might not work.

Unfortunately, it still crashes with MSI afterburners power limit thing... Less frequent but still crashes

My game havent crashed since i set power limit to 100% and using V-sync adaptive and kept everything on medium.
