So, just in case someone is still waiting for a fix for some reason, devs will not fix anything, theyve posted some sort of a summarise on the first week of the game and there was something about crashes, so all they said is "Apex can’t run on PC’s using AMD Phenom or older processors. For reference we’ve got the full set of PC System Requirements here: *link to the games mininmal system requirements*". Putting it like a little fun fact lmao and not saying anything like "We are working on fixing these issues". This most likely means that all of the Phenom processors will be joining the "DOES NOT meet Apex Legends minimum system requirements" list just like that and basically saying that they wont be fixing any of these issues.

Well, i'm using an 8700k and i get frequent crashes and so does a lot of my non-phenom using friends as well. So i'm pretty sure they have to take it seriously to retain their playerbase lol. I've seen some streamers crash as well.

By their twitter its safe to say that they absolutely dont care at all. The game is on the top right now and all the things they are thinking about are tournaments and expanding, for example those Twitch Rivals and creating new socials.

I'm a i5 3570k @4Ghz w/ 16gb ram and 1060 3gb and I still get crashes every few games. It seems quite random when it actaully happens though. Just moved the game to my SSD to counter an possible page file issue it might have. If it happens again I'll have to try the Vsync/frame lock method.
