FIGURE IT OUT!!!!
PS: Sorry about my english skills, but, here we go.
This crash without error on my pc (no phenom processor) was happening because when i update my GPU driver, i choose the "optional" version of the driver, and looks like the game was not compiled for this version, because it's like a beta version of the driver. So i just revert to the previous version and stop crashing AT ALL!!!
ON NVIDIA GPU: Its simple to return a version, in the software have this option easy to find.
ON AMD GPU (MY CASE): The radeon software unfortunately don't give us the option to pick the older version of the driver, BUT windows do. Open DEVICE MANAGER than select VIDEO ADAPTERS, right click your GPU NAME> PROPRIETIES>DRIVER>REVERT DRIVER. After that wait a few minutes to revert, you screen may blink like when you update your driver, after this, shut down your pc and turn it on again (DO NOT RESTART). Hope i help 🙂

So after all the fixes, what works for me now is vsync triple buffer, capped probably 60 or 75 Hz im not sure because i disabled origin in game and fps counter. There is slight mouse input lag but better than crashing, right? Seems like if your gpu gets stressed it crashes. It hasn't crashed in like 10 long games so far.
Try capping your fps to 75 or 90 with GameTime.MaxVariableFps 75 or I dont know, I'm out of ideas.

I have so far had luck with using a fairly low graphics setting. I think you're right that if the GPU starts to get maxed that it ends up crashing the game. Thus things like an FPS cap and lower graphics seems to help .I haven't tested enough to confirm yet but it at least seems slightly more stable.
