I don't think you need to set target fps to 59.
The most important thing to stop the crashes for me was Borderless Windows + Turning Textures down by 1 notch.
I only get 1 crash after 20-30 games now.
PS: Enjoying the game in my crappy 60fps here. Got champion twice today 🙂
