i totally understand, i definetly hope they are fixing this stupid bug sooner rather than later, but for now i enjoy the game too much and i gotta say although its "only" 35fps, it still feels good and smooth enough to play for me. But i understand in todays age that people are like 'if its not 10000 Fps i "can't" play it'
And like i said, if your specs are better than mine, chances are good you can play at higher fps without crashing 😉
