HI @mcJackerr
To confirm your progress would be on the other original EA account, this is because progress is stored on the EA account level, not individual platforms like Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, etc.
To try and restore your content you will need to link it back to that account, this is working as intended.
You can find information about linking and unlinking on our Help Site:
While I recommend reading both articles, if you check under the "Unlink your platform" > Under the section: Unlinking risks for Apex players
If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you might have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.
Instead of unlinking and relinking a platform account you play Apex on, we recommend starting fresh on a new account.
Hello @Big_Smoke9996745
To confirm did you unlink your platform from an EA account to link it to the one its currently on? If so, please see the information above.
Hey @Drei-Senpaiii
You can reach out to our support to confirm this, and further investigate if it was never on another EA account.
Cheers!
Yes I unlinked my old main account (my Ps account) from an older email to attach it to my new personal email as I didn't have one at the time (2019).
But I have some questions
1) Will I get another cross progression prompt?
2) Have I lost my account?
3) Will I get it back soon?

To answer your questions directly, Yes, No, Depends.
To confirm your first question "Will I get another cross-progression prompt?" Are you asking for your older EA account?
For your second and third questions "Have I lost my account? & Will I get it back soon?" This will depend on your getting your PSN account linked back to its originally linked EA account.

As mentioned in my post above, Progress is stored at an EA account level so by unlinking your PSN account and linking it to a new EA account you leave your progress and items on the original EA account which is why you don't have anything now.
To attempt an restore your progress you will need to link the PSN account back to the original EA account.
