Sorry to hear that you are having issues @LucianN5.
Can I ask what version of Windows you are using? Can you try going ahead and ensuring that your OS is fully up to date and running the latest version of the OS.
Windows 10 freshly installed last week , all updates are installed. I also tried installing the redist packages left in the game's folder , though I had them installed already and repairing them didn't work.
I've been crashing a lot recently and not receiving any codes, but I finally got one that I was able to record. Other errors I've received are the basic 0x00000000 codes with memory errors.
These are my component vitals at time of the crash.
Both of these are post 2/19/19 update in two separate crashes.
There is no pattern that I've noticed in game that occurs when I crash. It can be anywhere from the starting drop to the last three teams. I crash at random, especially after this patch. Out of the 11 games I've played, I've crashed out of 10 of them. It's painful at this point to keep playing and trying.
I know you guy's are already probably on it and aware of the problems, but my two cents would be there are multiple memory leak issues with overflows? It seems that from my screen shots that my GPU is ridding on max memory right up until point of crash or error.
If you guy's need any more information let me know. I've already spent hours troubleshooting on my end following your guides to no such avail.
If you search on google you find many topics about this error with different games so very little chance it has to specifically do with apex legends.. Someone posted to remove the certificates from the apex anti cheat folder (Apex\EasyAntiCheat\Certificate) I doubt this will work but it worked for that person.. Can you post a screenshot of your Visual C++ installations (windows programs)? You can also try running windows update
First i suck english I hope understand me I can't play game because it pop up
How can it fix
