APEX LEGENDS ERROR CE-34878-0

please help! i can't play apex on PlayStation anymore because every time i load up the game, i get this error (in the subject) code come up. i have tried everything to fix it, restoring my database...

Hi @xzombiexcookiexx,

Have you had the chance to try playing again since today's update? Are you still running into the same error?

@EA_Kent its also not working on PC steam now too, everytime the game loads up and i go to press continue, the game just automatically shuts down.

Ouch, I see. Thanks for following up and letting me know.

Did you also try logging into other accounts on PC? It still only happens when you're logging into the same EA Account that's connected to your PSN account?

  i just made a new playstation account and it works fine, game loads and i can play it.
  its only my other account that the error occurs ☹️

    Do you have a lot of friends on your PlayStation friends list? If so, can you try removing some friends to see if that makes any difference? I've seen some cases where that can actually help with crashes like this.
