Clean boot instructions followed - fixed the issue I was having. 

I did follow all the other instructions prior to this. However this worked twice in a row - which would have triggered two messages!

However now I cant connect to the servers and the internet connection is down (which is not true as I opened this ticket)

Thanks for the support.

First issue fixed - will try a reboot to see if I can clear this second issue!

@UKFodder but if u open the game once, it wont close dont it? My game even i make a clean boot or whatever, it doesnt close XD
