Account lost..?

I logged in to my EA account that was already linked to my psn and everything looked fine, but when I loaded into apex my account was blank. I opened a case and was told to unlink my psn since it was the "wrong email", but that didn't work. The next advisor said the email was correct so I logged back in, when I logged back in I relinked my psn but my account was still blank, the next advisor said because I unlinked my account that its lost forever. I dont know why all the people are giving me different answers but I just want my original account with all my skins back.
