Same here. i7-8750, GTX 1060 6gb, 16gb ram.
I have tried everything - the application is definitely running off of my graphics card NOT integrated graphics (the first fix I tried as it seems this has been affecting a lot of people).
Have tried every FPS increase trick in the book but when playing with V-Sync disabled and settings low I get 80-120 fps but it randoms jerks and stutters down to 30 odd frames all the time (of course always when I am in the middle of a firefight).
I've also tried playing with Triple Buffering which has made it a little more stable but I still get the same issue...often at the worst times!)
Hoping Respawn looks into this issue for the next patch!
