Apex Legends Failed to Start

I've downloaded and played Apex Legends several months ago and had no problems logging in etc. I have removed the game since then. Felt like giving it another go recently so redownloaded Origin and installed Apex following the usual prompts.

When trying to play the game, it says "Apex Legends Failed To Start".

I have tried clicking on the desktop icon Apex Legends and run as admin - nothing happens.
Login via Origin desktop icon then run Apex from there, Apex Legends Failed To Start
Go into Apex installation folder and run EasyAntiCheatLauncher.exe and Apex Legends Failed To Start
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game at least 4 times over the last couple of days and still have the same issues.
I tried the update game, but up to date.
I tried Repair game, but still Apex Legends Failed To Start
I have done a cleanboot and no different, still Apex Legends Failed To Start

Graphics drivers are up to date
