Apex Legends failed to switch model details

I can not change my model details from High to Low , other settings are normal ,only this one can not be changed . If I switch to LOW and save it , it will change back to HIGH by itself.

I have the same problem. Try explorer>localdisk>users>youruser>saved games> respawn> apex> local, there its the txt called videoconfig. Then change the command line "setting.r_lod_switch_scale" to "0.6" (low) "0.8" (medium) or "1" (high)

I just did exactly what you did and it made my game broke if you could please tell me the actual number that I replaced for 0, I thought it was 0.000006

    But what are the exact numbers for Low, Medium, High if you like change it in game because i dont want custom settings or something like that so what are the exact numbers ? Xd

had this same issue. Really sucked. Got it fixed. If you guys cant find these files. Try to search up in your "c:" "Saved games" and try to find user/[YourName]/

is there a way i can do this but for texture streaming budget. i ajusted it to the highest possible setting and now i cant change it back coz my game menu will never load up due to a texture error. a 2d texture error
