I have had a similar problem I installed the latest geforce drivers and my game would always crash as soon as the respawn logo showed, I tried everything fresh install and ddu. The only thing that has worked is iv had roll back my driver an works perfect now, tbh I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem since updating there drivers
i updated my driver last week, but i was having this issue before that so i dont think its a driver thing.

@pyr0kid Hi, you mention your anti-virus, can I check if you've tried disabling it as a test, rather than just a whitelist?
You also mention repairing EAC, did that detect any issues when you did so?
I would try @Math222's suggestion too. In some cases a "bad" driver can persist through updates and a full uninstall and fresh reinstall can fix the issue, I had something similar myself about 10 years ago and I need to perform a full driver wipe and fresh install.
i used ddu so it cant be an old install causing issues, anti virus off didnt change anything either.

Can you maybe take a look at your error logs in your PC's control panel and see what critical error are popping up?Can you try to launch apex via:
Going to your Apex Game files, looking for the EasyAntiCheat_launcher.exe and trying it to launch this way.
If this doesn't launch, check your error logs for any critical error / codes that might link to Apex
