Apex legends false banned

I got banned probably because of the new update of  Logitech G hub software which i used for my headphones color sync, i was just playing yesterday and today i got the  error message saying the client is banned , i tried sending email to EA help and submit a case, someone can please assist me on this, i just hit platinum 4 ☹️

    Ah ok, so the reviewing part takes time. The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis, so if they are working through a high case volume an investigation may take some time. Keep an eye on your email, and they will send you a response as soon as possible.

    Not sure where my earlier reply went. Let's try that again. 

    You mentioned trying to submit a case. Did it not send? Can you talk us through what happened?
