Apex Legends Forcefully close DTS spatial Sound

I use DTS spatial sound from the last one year and it is really good for me. recently whenever I start the game it closes the DTS spatial sound enhancement and I have to enable it again, this happene...

Similar problems with THX Saptial Audio, the problem with me is just the spatial audio stop to work with apex, I hear all in 1 channel, only with apex. I lose the EQ, effects and enhancments, all loses, I´ll check if the process crash.
