Random high packet loss only on Apex Ranked servers

This issue is causing me so much confusion, so I've decided to post here as a last resort.

Essentially, it is what the title suggests: Every so often, when I load into a ranked game in Apex, I'll have very high packet loss (upwards of 50% on average, I would say) throughout that whole game. I'll load into the next few, and it will be perfectly fine... until it isn't. The issue doesn't happen in pubs (as far as I know) and doesn't happen in other games.

Additionally, the issue has only happened on my home internet, so at first I thought my network was the issue. For context, I know this because I transport my setup to and from another location, and the issue does not happen at the second location. This morning, I set up a mesh network in an attempt to fix the issue, but the problem persists (mesh network using eero 7 dual-band routers). I use an Ethernet connection and have good, stable internet speeds (tested: 500+ Mbps download, 400+ Mbps upload).

The attachment is a short clip from a game (I promise I would've hit the bow shots without loss) representing what I see. It's also worth mentioning that this clip is directly after restarting my game. Restarting my game or my PC does not fix the issue for whatever server that game is being played on.

So, with all that being said, is this a network issue? Is this a server issue? Firewall config issue? Genuinely, this is the most confusing problem I've run into since I've had my PC. Any suggestions would be appreciated, since there's apparently also no way to contact a real person at EA.
